During the week ending 12 April 2026, schools were closed for the holidays, so there were no breakfast deliveries.
However, our support continued through food parcel distribution for families in need across the community. We understand that school holidays can place added pressure on households, and we are committed to ensuring support remains available during this time.

During the week ending 12 April 2026, the team at Good Care Community Trust continued our usual activities, alongside engaging group sessions within the community.
It was great to see members come together for group activities, including board games, creating a relaxed and enjoyable space for connection, laughter, and interaction. These moments play an important role in building relationships and strengthening community bonds.
Alongside this, our regular support services continued as we remained committed to helping those in need.
We are proud to announce a new partnership with Ormiston Senior College.
Following a productive meeting with the school, Good Care Community Trust is now supporting their students through our Healthy Breakfast Programme. This initiative will provide free, nutritious breakfasts to help students start their day ready to learn.
We believe that access to good food is essential for student wellbeing and success, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of this partnership.
