It has been another positive week at the centre with our usual activities bringing members together. The space was filled with friendly conversations, shared experiences and a strong sense of connection. These everyday moments continue to play an important role in supporting wellbeing and keeping our community connected.

As the week comes to a close, we are also looking forward to the return of our breakfast deliveries next week. We are excited to get back on the road and continue supporting our schools and tamariki with healthy morning kai.

The centre has been lively again this week with our usual activities back in full flow. Members have been coming together to socialise, share ideas, and enjoy the welcoming environment that makes Good Care Community Trust feel like home. The conversations, laughter, and everyday moments of connection continue to remind us how important this space is for wellbeing and belonging.

Community, Connection, and a Great Meal

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a community lunch for our wonderful members this week, and the atmosphere was full of warmth and positive energy. Sharing a meal brought everyone together, with laughter, conversations, and plenty of smiles around the room.

These lunches are about much more than food. They help combat isolation, support mental wellbeing, build trust, and ensure our members feel valued and cared for. Providing a healthy, hearty meal is just one way we strengthen the bonds that make our Trust so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to our dedicated team who made the day such a success. We are already looking forward to the next one.
