Welcoming Dawson Primary School – GCCT Expands its Reach

On 2nd April, Good Care Community Trust proudly added Dawson Primary School Ōtara to its list of supported schools. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting with the school’s principal, who welcomed us warmly and offered meaningful insights into the school’s programs and the needs of its students.

Following our discussion, GCCT delivered a generous supply of nutritious breakfast food for the school children. The joy on the students’ faces as they received the food was truly heartwarming—a clear reminder of how powerful community support can be in helping children thrive.

Moments like these reinforce the importance of collaboration and highlight the difference that even small acts of kindness can make in young lives. We are honoured to be part of Dawson Primary’s journey and look forward to continuing this positive partnership.
